Mr. Mohammed Musa, widely known as The Appraiser or Ahmed, hails from Etsako West Local Government Area, Edo State, with his biological mother originating from Bolorunduro, Ilesha, Osun State. A graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Mr. Mohammed holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation. His professional foundation began early with structured technical and industrial exposure. He obtained a Certificate in Computer Microsoft Office (MS Office) at Oseni Elamah ICT Institute, Poly Road, Auchi. He also received foundational training in Computer Engineering, with introductory exposure to A+ concepts and C++ programming, alongside practical learning in Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, including hands-on, cable-based network installations and connectivity, strengthening his digital and systems-oriented skill set.

He completed his Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) at Anabui Industrial Estate, located in Afowa Community, Uzairue Kingdom, Etsako West Local Government Area, Edo State, where he was assigned to the Property Management Section. There, he gained practical experience in estate administration, facility supervision, tenancy coordination, and property operations.

As part of his academic and professional exposure, Mr. Mohammed participated in multiple Industrial Training Excursions. He undertook an Industrial Training Excursion to Dantata & Sawoe Construction Company, Okpella, Edo State, where he gained firsthand insight into large-scale construction operations and project execution. He also underwent an Industrial Training Excursion to Sageto Limited at Iyamho Community during the construction of Oshiomhole University, Iyamho (now Edo University, Iyamho), further broadening his exposure to institutional construction projects, site coordination, and infrastructure development.

Mr. Mohammed has consistently invested in professional development. He earned the Tony Elumelu Business Management Training Certificate under the Tony Elumelu Foundation and actively participated in professional forums, including the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) State Conference at the University of Benin, Edo State, and the NIESV National Conference at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State.
